WARRANTY AND LIABILITY STATEMENTS
Please check each statement below confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions set forth for any repairs performed by TechIT Europe - UK LTD.
I understand TechIT Europe - UK LTD is not responsible for any software or data lost on my Apple. I am responsible for backing up the data on the iPhone/Apple Device prior to shipping the unit to TechIT Europe - UK LTD for repair.
I understand TechIT Europe - UK LTD is not responsible for any damage caused to my iPhone during shipping to AND from our workshop. I understand that TechIT Europe - UK LTD will insure my iPhone during return shipment.
I understand TechIT Europe - UK LTD charges an inspection fee of £10.00. The inspection fee is automatically absorbed into the final repair cost once I have given go ahead for the repair. If I decline repair I must pay the inspection fee.
I agree that if after 3 months I have not paid or collected my iPhone after I have been contacted regarding my repaired iPhone, TechIT Europe - UK LTD will recycle my iPhone to recover costs.

  • We only ask for payment once the repair is completed. We accept the following payment methods:
  • We prefer Paypal. VISA/Debit Cards/MasterCard/JCB/Switch/Solo (Paid by paypal website), Cheques & BACS.

 

Any repairs not paid for or uncollected after 3 months will be recycled to recover costs.

We highly recommend you to send your Apple by a service (royal mail or courier) that provide you a Tracking Number.

To avoid any further damage we recommend you to use bubble plastic or any other protective bag or box.

Once your pack arrive, we will provide the service and repair at same day when possible.
